Local delivery within Singapore typically takes (05) five business days.

How long backordered items take to arrive?

Backordered items typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier availability.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, self-collection is available at our Townshend Building office by appointment. Please contact us to arrange.

Do you offer GST refunds for tourists?

Currently, we do not process GST refunds. All prices are inclusive of GST for Singapore customers.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
